Attached is the heat sheet (and the same info should be available in your SwimTopia app). Estimated start times tend not to be reliable, so don't rely on them.

No TimeDrops today, unfortunately, and so the paid version of SwimTopia is your best bet, if you'd like to see results sooner than when they get posted on the wall.

Finally, be advised that the scoreboard will be completely wrong for 25 yard races. This is because the league decided to have the swimmers use the blocks, which means that they won't be hitting the pressure sensor to stop the clock (which is on the same side as the blocks). Rest assured that the times will be collected and be accurate, but not instantly (on the scoreboard). Let me know if you have any questions.
