Practices Start MAY 26, 2026
We will start practice on May 26th in the morning for those kids who are out of school as scheduled. We will hold afternoon practices the week of May 26th for APS students.
Practices are held Monday through Friday for all competitive age groups. We strongly encourage our swimmers to participate in as many practices as possible and our coaching staff will work with every swimmer to balance appropriate levels of challenge with fun.
Practices will take place until the day before our district meet (which will occur sometime during the week of July 8). Swimmers that qualify for Sundance Championships will have an additional practice or two before the championship meet (Saturday July 19).
2026 Practice Schedule
11 & Over : 7:15 AM - 8:30 AM
9-10 : 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
8 & Under : 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM
Pre-Team: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
STROKE CLINIC:
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
11 & Older: 3:30 - 4:00 PM
9 & 10: 4:00 - 4:30 PM
8 & Under: 4:30 - 5:00 PM
NO SCHEDULED PRACTICES (PICTURE DAY), AND 7/4 (FOURTH OF JULY).
